I think you will find this article very inspiring. To win and win big in your network marketing business, you need to do many things. You need to find a need and fill it. You need to start growing your list of targeted subscribers who eventually will become your target market and your business partners. You need to develop relationship skills and leadership skills etc, etc. But you have heard all this stuff before right?



Yep I have too. People saying you need this, you need that. I think that although the mechanics and skill sets are important, they are only a fraction of whats needed. Before I wrote that an enduring never say die attitude is whats needed to bring you success. Guys and girls, there is where the rubber meets the road. You have heard that when the Why (the reason why you are in business) is big enough the How (Mechanics and skillets) do not matter. I truly believe this and not just by the way in our industry, in any industry. I believe this is the essence of life, growth. Let me explain

The late Jim Rohn always used to say that we are the only species that have a choice whether we want to grow to our maximum levels in all areas. In business, In your relationships, In health etc. We are the only species that have a choice on the level of growth we want to attain in our lives. The Japanese call in "Kazan", the state of growth in all areas of ones life. In the animal kingdom, all animals will do the best they positively can both for themselves and their children. A tree will grow the maximum it possibly can. But us humans, at least a large percentage of us accept mediocrity as our home in life. It can be so different if you are willing to change though.

To me life is about the people who want something and go out there and get it period. I love those people. And I do believe it is a gift to know early in life what the hell do you want out of life. To see a golfer like Tiger woods winning everything a few years back was a pleasure to see. To see Lance Armstrong come back from near fatal cancer and win major cycling championships was again breathtaking. This is the essence of life. Decide what you want and go after it like your life depended on it. Then from that you will start to attract like minded mission orientated people into your life. If you want to attract leaders, become a leader, whatever it is you want to attract become that very person and it will be so.

So there you have it. If you feel that you have not found your passion or purpose in life, please pursue it and bring it out of you. For example, on a side note, I never knew I would love children so much until my son entered this world. He is a gift from God and I treat every day as a gift that I have this honor of being a father.
